Further HR outsourcing growth

Leading Dutch telecoms provider KPN has announced a £30m HR outsourcing deal with LogicaCMG while public sector outsource specialist Capita are predicting growth on their record breaking £200m profit from 2006 in both 2007 and 2008. Managing Director of Capita HR Solutions Wayne Story told Personnel Today that his firm are predicting considerable growth as businesses seek the proven benefits in results and cost that HR outsourcing has brought to others and that a further effect will see top HR graduates preferring to work for outsourcers rather than mainstream businesses in 2008.
