New Year, new (scary) career

With the CIPD estimating that 51% of employees are actively seeking new jobs this month, the Vatican has responded to a rise in demand for exorcists by offering it’s first official course in exorcism. Although the entry requirements are high – you need to be a serving priest – the Vatican’s ‘Exorcist in Chief’ Father Gabriele Amorth has told the Vatican’s online news service that the new ten week course will help meet the current shortage since ‘Priests are being bombarded with requests’ (for exorcisms). At the time of writing, application routes are not available to us but contacting the Vatican might be a place to start for any reader who is interested in a career change.
