Serial claimants on the rise

1st February 2009 will see the annual rise of Tribunal compensation limits as follows:

• Unfair dismissal will rise to £66,200
• Minimum basic award for unfair dismissal will rise to £4,700
• A ‘week’s pay’ for redundancy purposes rises to £350
